Diktamos Villas is complex of four separate autonomous houses with shared garden, and communal swimming pool. Cosiness, homely atmosphere and a high quality of service, all of this you will experience in Diktamos Villas.

These houses sit within a 1,500 m² private estate on the northern coast of Crete, near the town of Rethymnon, in the village of Atsipopoulo. Atsipopulo is a nice suburb of Rethymnon Town, only 5 km from the city center. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services. The spot of the complex is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax but to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.

Layout

Ground Floor

Entering villa you will find an open plan area with the living room, the dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen.The living room features also the fireplace, small library with books in different languages, two comfortable sofas and flat screen 40” TV. Many windows keep the room sunny and airy all day long. Everything here is thought-out to the very smallest detail to make you feel like at home. The colour-loving homeowner created an living room which combines mediterranean spirit and all the colour spectrum of sunny day. From the living room and the dining area there is access to the spacious veranda. Finally, you will also find WC with shower on this floor.

First Floor

Reaching the first floor through the wooden staircase, guests will find the three bedrooms of the Villa, two of them offers a King-size bed (1,60 X 2,00) with balcony access, while the other one features two single beds (0,90 X 2,00). All bedrooms are air conditioned, sunny and designed in bright colors. From the balcony you can enjoy spectacular sea views over the city. A bathroom with a bathtub is also available on this floor.

There is a communal washing machine in the complex that you can use.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of the complex offers several facilities, shared between the villas, which include:

- A 40 m² communal swimming pool with sun beds, umbrellas and resting area

- Beautiful garden with seating area

- A communal washing machine 

- Each villa has it own parking space
